To create a plan a customer must enter their first and last name, billing address, credit card details, and a valid email address at checkout. You must also have a valid credit card with enough available balance to cover the value of your purchase.
All of the details you enter at checkout, except for the email address, can be edited by the customer after logging into the Splitit Shopper Portal.
Splitit Support can see your billing address, the brand of credit card used, and the last four digits of your card. However, we cannot edit any of that information.
Splitit Support can only edit the Name and Email Address of a customer once their account is created. Please know that if we update your name or email, it will only be updated in your account in Splitit’s system; it will not be updated with the Merchant. It must be done in both places if the customer needs it updated everywhere.
