If you received an email from Splitit about your plan, then one was created using your email address. Please contact the Merchant listed in any of the emails you received from us to discuss why a plan was created for you; only they have the ability to change or cancel your plan.
If after speaking with the Merchant you determine this may be an issue of fraud, please immediately contact your bank or credit card provider for assistance. You can then follow-up with Splitit Support once you have a resolution from the Merchant or your financial institution.
