If you successfully completed the checkout process on the Merchant's website, and your card was charged, but you never received an email from Splitit, please check your spam folder. We send Plan Creation emails for all successful plans. If after checking your spam you still do not see an email from us, reach out to our Support team for further assistance.
If you did not successfully complete the checkout process, but did enter your card information, what you are seeing on your card is likely not a charge. It is simply the authorization our system attempted to verify you had enough available credit balance to create a plan. This authorization will drop from your card soon. You should not receive any actual charges if your plan was not successful.
