Order cancellation and returns requests are handled by the retailer you purchased from and Splitit has no authority to approve an order cancellation or return.
If you wish to cancel an item or service or make a return that you bought using Splitit, please speak to the retailer direct.
Depending on the reason for your return or cancellation, your request may be reviewed in line with the Returns Policy of the retailer which you should be able to find on the retailer website.
Payments on your plan will continue until the retailer advises us otherwise.
