Once the merchant or retailer you bought from has approved your order cancellation or return, they will refund you.
Your refund will be used to cancel future Splitit installment payments and clear your plan.
Any remaining refund balance will be credited back to your preferred card and may take up to 5 working days to appear in your account.
Depending on the reason for your cancellation or return, your request may be reviewed in line with the Returns Policy of the merchant or retailer which you should be able to find on their website.
Payments on your plan will continue until the merchant or retailer advises us otherwise.
