Once the retailer you bought from has approved your partial cancellation or return and received back the goods, they will refund you.
Your refund will be used to reduce the amount outstanding on your Splitit installment plan and your monthly payments will be adjusted accordingly.
If the amount of the refund is more than is outstanding on your plan, your plan will be cleared and any remaining refund balance will be credited back to your preferred card. Please allow up to 5 working days for the money to appear in your account.
Depending on the reason for your cancellation or return, your request may be reviewed in line with the Returns Policy of the retailer which you should be able to find on the retailer website.
Payments on your plan will continue until the retailer advises us otherwise.
