Objective:
Technical connection between your Fidelity CardKnox Gateway and the Splitit portal.
Action:
To communicate with the CardKnox API you will need to enter the following credentials into the Splitit portal:
- API Transaction Key- system-generated Transaction Key.
To retrieve your credentials:
- Log in to your CardKnox account
- Go to Settings
- Go to Keys
- Click on Create a Key
- Go to Create and View
Finalize the process:
Add the credentials into your Merchant Portal under the ‘Credentials’ section.
