You can login to the Splitit Shopper Portal through two methods: 1) using a Magic Link, or 2) through their Google account. We do not have an option for the customer to set up a username and password.
If you are having trouble logging in, you should first follow these steps:
- Clear cookies, close and reopen your browser
- Check your spam folder for the Magic Link email
- Confirm no-reply@splitit.com has been added to your safe senders list
If after trying these steps you still cannot login to the portal, you should contact Splitit Support for additional help.
The first step our team will perform is an email address update using your existing email address. We have found that in some rare cases, this seems to fix the issue of a customer not receiving their Magic Link. We can also update your account to a new email address if you would prefer to use a different one.
If this does not work, we will escalate your case to our technical team for further assistance. The step usually takes 24-48 hours for a resolution pending the issue we discover.
