If you don't see your refund back on your card, first contact the Merchant directly to determine if they have issued it yet.
Once a Merchant issues a refund, and it is sent to our system, we process it immediately. It usually takes 3-5 days from the time we process the refund for funds to show back up on your credit card.
The Splitit Support team is happy to advise you on the status of your refund, but you must partner directly with the Merchant you purchased from in order to get a refund approved.
