Splitit applies a standard maximum charge amount within our system. If you anticipate needing a higher limit during onboarding, please be sure to discuss this with your Sales Representative so it can be reviewed and configured appropriately.
As a merchant, you also have flexibility to set your own parameters—such as the minimum and maximum ticket values and the minimum and maximum number of monthly installments—within the guidelines of Splitit’s policy and your contract. This ensures the program is tailored to your business while remaining compliant with our framework.
