You can easily check on the status of your plan in the Splitit Shopper Portal.
All the plan emails sent from Splitit have a link to access the portal. You can also bookmark it on your phone or computer for easy access.
You do not need a username or password to access the portal. You can login with our secure 'Magic Link' or with your Google account, as long as your @gmail.com email address was used to create your installment plan.
To use the Magic Link, click on the 'Login with Magic Link' button and a single use login link will be emailed to you. Each link lasts for 15 minutes and can only be used once. This is for the safety and security of you and your plan.
If you are having trouble logging into the portal, please try these steps before contacting Splitit Support:
- Clear your cookies, then close and reopen your browser
- Check your spam folder for the Magic Link email
- Confirm no-reply@splitit.com has been added to your safe senders list
If you still are not receiving the Magic Link email, contact Splitit Support and we will escalate your case to our technical team. This may take 48-72 hours to resolve, so if you have an urgent update needed for your plan, please also engage with our Support team to assist you however they can.
