Update your card in the Shopper Portal
Go to the Shopper Portal
https://shopper.splitit.com/activeEnter the email address associated with your plan
Check your inbox for a Magic Link (no password required)
Open the link and select your plan
Navigate to Quick Actions
Select Update Card
Enter your new card details
Update your billing address if needed
Select Update Card to confirm
What to expect after updating your card
After your card is updated, you will see a temporary authorization hold for the remaining plan balance.
This is not a charge — it is only used to verify that your card has enough available credit for the installment plan.
Important tips
• Make sure your card details are entered correctly
• Ensure your billing address matches what your bank has on file
• Do not attempt to update your card more than twice within 24 hours, as repeated attempts may be declined by your bank

Enter the email address linked to your plan, select the Login button
Access your email
Click the Magic Link within the email you received from Splitit
Find the applicable plan
- Navigate to the Quick Actions section
- Select the "Update Card" option
Add information to the required fields
Need to change/update your address as well? Select the Change button and update the required fields:
Select the Update Card button
Once successful, your plan will now run on the card you just added.
