A common reason a reauthorization fails is not having enough available credit limit on your card. A plan can only be created if you have enough available credit limit for the plan value, and we recommend keeping the outstanding plan value available on your card at all times. This will ensure any required reauthorizations will be successful.
If you determine you do not have room on your card for a reauthorization, we recommend you make more room so that your reauthorization can be successful. You can also contact your bank to see if they will raise your credit limit.
Please keep in mind that we offer a 7-day grace period for resolving the issue with your card. If the problem persists after the grace period, your card issuer will allow us to use the last successful authorization to charge up to the outstanding plan amount, all at one time. Your plan would then be complete.
We greatly appreciate your understanding of how our program works.
