Thank you for your purchase with Google Store! When you completed your purchase, two authorizations appeared on your credit card.
1) The first was your first installment payment. You will be charged this amount when your order ships, and each month you will be automatically charged for the next installment.
2) The second is a pre-authorization for the remaining balance (total amount due minus the first payment).
- This pre-authorization is to check your credit limit and will be released after about 30 days.
- To continue your installment plan, your credit limit must be checked every 6 months and the remaining amount of your installment plan will be pre-authorized. Please check your SplitIt account page for details on the schedule.
- If your credit limit is confirmed, you will only be charged for the monthly installment. If your credit limit is not confirmed, you will be charged the full amount in one lump sum. Please make sure you have sufficient credit.
Need to update your credit card? This cannot be done through the Splitit Portal; it must be done through Google. Please follow these steps:
- Log in to Google Payments.
- Go to the "Subscriptions and Services" tab.
- Find your installment plan and click "Manage."
- Check your payment method and select "Change Credit Card."
Please reach out to Google Store directly for any questions about your product, returns, or refunds. All refunds approved and processed by Google will be updated automatically on your Splitit installment plan.
