Splitit sends an email immediately after your plan is created. If you didn’t receive one, please check your spam folder.
You should then reach out to Splitit Support and we can check your account details; it’s possible the email address was entered incorrectly or the plan creation failed. We will review all of these details with you.
If we find your plan, we will gladly send you a copy of your installment plan receipt and contract. We can also update your email address so that future emails are received.
