When a shopper enrolls in a Splitit payment plan, they provide an email address that we use to send important updates and communications. Shortly after enrollment, the customer receives secure login details for their Splitit account, where they can view their installment activity, track payments, and access other plan information at any time.
All customer plan information can be accessed in the Splitit Shopper Portal = https://shopper.splitit.com/
Below is a sample welcome email > your Merchant name will be listed at the top and within the body of the email. The customer's payment plan schedule will also be listed, as well as links to get to the Shopper Portal and reach out to our Support team.
