Funding Timeline:
Funding for Managed Merchants takes place twice per week on Monday and Thursday.
We fund on Monday for anything created Thursday through Sunday, and then we fund again on Thursday for anything created Monday through Wednesday.
Once we process the funding, it can take 1-2 business days to show up in your account, pending your bank's processing times. Banks holidays will always delay funding by at least one day.
How we fund transactions:
Your funds will be deposited in one sum, meaning all individual transactions that occurred will be paid out (less fees) all at once. You will not see the amounts for each individual transaction in your account, but rather the total for all funds.
If any refunds or fees are owed to Splitit, those will also be removed from your funding before it is processed.
If you did not receive any funding, or believe the amount is incorrect, please reach out to success@split-it.zendesk.com and your Account Manager will review your query and provide an answer.
