You can easily manage your plan and payment method in the Splitit Shopper Portal.
To update your card, login to the portal and select the plan you want to update. Click the 'Update Card' button and enter in your updated or new credit card details. The 'Update Card' button on this page will only be available if you have entered in all required details.
Ensure your information is entered correctly and your billing address matches what is on file with your bank. If anything is incorrect, or doesn't match your bank, the card update will not be successful.

A credit card is required to pay your installment plan; you cannot use a debit, prepaid, or HSA/FSA card for the monthly installment charges. Visit this article to check which cards we accept.
Splitit will attempt to authorize your card during the update process. You must have enough available credit on your card to be able to use it for your plan. If you do not, the card update will not be successful.
Only attempt a card update 2 times within a 24-hour period. More attempts than that may cause your bank to flag the attempts as fraud, which in some instances may result in them cancelling your card.
If after two attempts your card update is still unsuccessful, immediately reach out to Splitit Support and for the 'Contact reason' select 'I have a query about a transaction' and then 'I want to update my credit card details.' You must also include your full first and last name and email address associated with your installment plan.
