You can update the credit card for your Samsung Wallet + Splitit installment plan only in the Splitit Shopper Portal.
🔁 How to Update Your Card
- Go to portal.splitit.com
- Log in using a Magic Link or Google/Apple Login
Select the applicable active plan - Click “Update Card” and enter your new credit card details
Note: The Update button will only appear once all required fields are completed.
🔒 Important Reminders
- Only valid credit cards are accepted (Mastercard and Visa).
- Note: Visa Credit Cards issued by JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. are not currently supported for Installment Payments. Eligibility subject to change. Your credit card terms and fees apply.
- Debit, prepaid, or HSA/FSA cards are not supported.
- Note: Debit can only be used to pay off the full balance.
- Make sure your billing address matches what’s on file with your bank.
- Splitit will attempt to authorize your card during the update.
- Your card must have enough available credit for the remaining plan amount or the update will fail.
🚫 Avoid Repeated Failed Attempts
- Do not try to update your card more than 2 times in 24 hours.
- Too many attempts may trigger fraud alerts with your bank and could result in the card being blocked or canceled.
❗Still Having Trouble?
If your card update fails twice:
- Contact Splitit Support immediately
- Select the topic "I want to update my credit card details" if using our web form
- Include your full name and email address used for the plan
