If you wish to make changes to or cancel your installment plan, you must first contact the Merchant you purchased from to get their approval.
After the Merchant approves your plan for a refund or cancellation, any installments you’ve already paid will be refunded back to your card. You will receive a transactional email from Splitit to let you know when this has been done.
You do not need to take any further action steps for this process to happen. Once the Merchant approves your request, it flows through automatically to our system. Please check with the Merchant directly for their timeline on this process.
