We are very sorry to hear about this situation. However, we are unable to provide any refunds until they are authorized by the Merchant. Payments on your plan will continue until the Merchant directs us otherwise.
Refund queries are approved and handled by the Merchant you bought from and Splitit has no authority to approve a refund on their behalf. Once they authorize a refund, it transmits to our system automatically and will then be processed immediately by our system. Refunds owed to you will then be credited to your card within 3-5 business days.
If there’s a problem with an item or service you bought and the Merchant is refusing to refund you, please speak to your credit card provider and see if they can help.
