If a card update is required, but you simply do not have another card that meets the requirements, the only other option with Splitit is to pay your plan in full using a debit card. We understand this may not be the resolution you want, but we are unable to extend the 7-day grace period for a card update. We greatly appreciate your understanding of how our program works.
Please also consider partnering with the Merchant where you made your purchase as they may have other payment options that you can switch to instead of an installment plan. Just keep in mind the 7-day grace period for card updates. If your card is not updated within the grace period your card issuer will allow us to use the most recent authorization to charge up to your full outstanding plan value.
