To continue paying in installments we must have a valid credit card on file in our system. If for any reason you need to update your credit card, simply login to the Shopper Portal and select the Update Card button.
A new window will open and you must fill in all requested fields. If anything is left blank, the system will not let you update your card. Only credit cards can be used to make your monthly installment payments, or to secure a re-authorization.
Your updated card will be reauthorized upon a successful card update, so be sure it has enough available credit to cover your outstanding plan balance. If it does not, the update will be declined.
In some cases your card update may not be successful. We recommend trying only one more time and ensuring all details are entered correctly. If it still does not work, do not keep trying. Instead, contact Splitit Support immediately by filling out this contact form, and selecting “Query about a transaction” and then “Update my credit card details” as the Contact Reason.
Note: You can only update your card 2 times in any 24 hour period.
