Our installment plans are not designed to be used with a debit card. Only a valid credit card is allowed to set up a plan, and to pay your monthly payments. You also cannot change your existing plan to be paid with a debit card.
Splitit installment plans can only be paid with credit cards like Visa and Mastercard, and in some cases a Merchant will allow Amex or Discover.
Want to pay off your plan with a Debit card? Simply login to the Shopper Portal and select the 'Pay Outstanding Balance (Credit/Debit)' button. Then update the card on file to your debit card, and complete the steps to pay in full.
Note: If your existing plan is already set up with a debit card, your Merchant will continue to take payments from your debit card.
