If you’re not 100% satisfied with your Rotimatic machine, here’s how you can return it and receive a refund under the manufacturer’s policy.
Return Window
You may request a return of your Rotimatic unit within 30 days from the date of delivery, under their “Total Satisfaction” promise.
Return Conditions
To qualify:
The machine must be in its original condition and packaging, with all removable/user-installable components returned: flour/oil/water containers; kneading components; cleaning kit; front doors; power cords.
The unit must not be damaged through misuse, abuse, or disassembly.
The return must be initiated by contacting Rotimatic support (via email or in-app) within the 30-day window. Then you must ship the unit back within 3 weeks of receiving return instructions.
Refund & Fees
A restocking fee of USD 99 (or equivalent) will be deducted from your refund.
Any missing components or damage beyond normal use may lead to extra charges or ineligibility for the refund.
Once the machine is received and inspected, expect your refund to be processed within approximately 30 days.
Important Notes
Accessories or services purchased separately (outside the machine) are not eligible for refund.
Keep proof of shipping/return tracking until the refund is completed.
Clearing your expectations: the process may take several weeks from initiation to final refund.
Make sure you pack the machine securely in original packaging to avoid damage during transit.
Steps to Follow

Receive return instructions and label (if applicable).
Pack the unit with original box and all components, and ship it back (you are responsible for safe shipping unless otherwise arranged).
Provide tracking number or proof of shipment (good practice).
After machine is received and inspected by Rotimatic, wait for refund — minus restocking fee and any other applicable deductions.
Monitor your bank/credit account to verify refund arrival.
