You should continue making payments on your plan unless you have received a return authorization or refund from the Merchant.
Splitit only handles your payment transactions. We do not have details about your order as your purchase contract is always with the Merchant where you made your purchase.
If you have queries regarding your order status, delivery, or return/refunds, you must contact the Merchant directly.
We are not allowed to make any changes to your plan unless the Merchant instructs us to. We are happy to look into the status of your plan if you reach out to our Support team, but again, we cannot make any changes without Merchant approval.
