You should continue making payments on your plan unless you have received a return authorization or refund from the Merchant.
Splitit only handles your payment transactions. We do not have details about your order as your purchase contract is always with the Merchant where you made your purchase.
If you have queries regarding your order status, delivery, or return/refunds, you must contact the Merchant directly.

Splitit cannot make changes to your plan unless the Merchant authorizes it.
Our Support team can check the status of your plan and provide information, but any changes require Merchant approval.
