Your Splitit installment plan will continue until the Merchant approves a change, refund, or cancellation. Please contact them directly for any issues with the items or service you purchased.
If you have a query about an order, delivery or refund, please contact the Merchant you made your purchase from. We have no details about your actual order so can only assist with plan related questions.
We are not allowed to make any changes to your plan unless the Merchant instructs us to. We are happy to look into the status of your plan if you reach out to our Support team, but again, we cannot make any changes without Merchant approval.
